homeroom is roll call for your body - show up, sweat, shake, have a bit of fun with your mates, earn some extra credit for the day.
Lagree is a full-body workout method that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility into one efficient class.
Using the Megaformer (we have 10 Mega Pro machines in studio), every move is low-impact but high-intensity, we work hard, just in a slow and controlled way - without inflammation.
There are no pre-requisites to starting lagree. We all start at the same place (the start!). You’ll move slower than ever before and possibly shake like crazy - that’s the goal!
Our team are all certified Lagree instructors, so you know you’re going to get a specialised experience and results you’ll actually feel (and love to hate).
